sure it is possible! as far as i know you don't even need a visa, but you should check it out 'cause i'm not sure! your first stop will be kyiv (capital city) and then you'll 4 hours by car to get to kremenchuk! there are alot periodical buses and cars so it will not be a problem to get there!
