Helleo, my name is sandrine, I live in Paris. my granmother Rebecca schumacher used to live in kremenshouck in 1917. I am very glad to can see photos of the town she came from. I dont speak russian at all and would like to know a little more about yout town. May be is there familly of mpine? I’d like to get an answer. thank you

I visited your town for two weeks back in March. There was still a lot of snow. It is nice to see how lush and green the landscape can get. My Ukrainian fiance and I are waiting for his US visa to get approved, but we plan on going back to kremenchug in the future. Thank you for your lovely photos. I recognize several of the areas.

Why have all these people left krementschug when it’s such a lovely place?? My husband has lived in krementschug for 21 years and we both go back to the Ukraine. That’s love, isn’t it??

With regard to your enquiry about kremenchuk, it is a city full of places where to hang out. But what is more, you would be amazed to find out that many places don’t close at all and remain open 24 hours: small convenient local shops, night clubs, etc. There are very nice restaurants with not only traditional Ukrainian food, which is very very nice too! In my personal experience kremenchuk is an exceptional city full of energy, with very friendly people and with very interesting places to visit. If you want to know more my advice to you is just to get there, make friends and I am sure they will show you every thing this beautiful city has to offer to visitors.
