There ARE good doctors in Kremenchuk, not too many but there are a few. The point is there are no good hospitals there, and no private hospitals at all. That's what David was asking about. Not about good doctors, there are good and bad doctors everywhere.
I don't know why everybody assumed that David is coming from the US. I didn't see it in his message, but if he is I would definitely recommend to have a baby in the States. I've got two kids, one delivered in Kremenchuk, another in the States. No comparison! If there is a choice I wouldn't deal with Kremenchuk hospitals. Ever.
